It's got to be the spotted linckia (linckia multifora)

If anybody sees one in a store locally please let me know. :)

Wow. That would be great. I've been reading up on sea stars and it seems most of them either eat the other animals (chocolate chip sea stars) or slowly starve in tanks (blue and orange sea stars).
I really don't want to add anything just to kill it and it seems the spotted linckias are one of the few sea stars that do well and don't harm stuff.

Wow. That's great. How big is your system. How long has that system been running? And what does the orange eat?

Yea red and orange linckias are usually very hardy, just stay away from the blue ones!

I had a 120 long for a while and Blue. He lasted for quite some time before I sold him when I sold the tank.

EdAuqatics says he usually has the spotted one. He's going to his store later on and will check. If he has one I'll be visiting EdAquatics tomorrow :)

Thanks JT for the great tip!
I was at Edward's today and picked up two spotted Linckias. :) And some zoas. And a cute Enchelyurus blenny.
Amazing how much stuff Edward can hide in this place!
