just wondering what people think the best crew is made up of??

EVERYTHING...lol no i use turbo snails, hermits, nassurius snails, and a diamond goby to stir up the tank. seems to do well for me, the only thing i might add is a sand sifiting star to help stir up the sand.

yeah i have turbo,engineer goby

and shrimp but sand is kinda dirty wanna have perfect sand lol

Get some nassarious snails, but skip the sand sifting star. They tend to depelete the sandbed of microfauna then die of starvation. A sand conch or two (depending on tank size) could be helpful as well.

you should do the reefcleaners group order that's going on right now

email john and see what he thinks you would need .... hes a cool guy and also the cheapest place you will find to order stuff

generally he is half the price of local stores sale price

For (slow) sand sifting, I love my Nassarious Snails... they're too cool. :shades:

I also have small Turbo Snails, Nerite Snails, Cerith Snails, and Astrea Snails (which I love!).
From those snails, Turbo and Astrea snails do a heck of a job.

I also have Blue Legged Hermits and an Emerald crab.
Shrimp? Cleaner Shrimps and Peppermint Shrimps. :thumbs_up:

not sure if the engineer goby and a diamond goby are the same. but if not i know my diamond turns the sand over like crazy.

not really its just a brown thin line of something looks like dirt??
dont think its algae.. but idk
