WIRING HELP

I am trying to connect my power cord w/ a extension, but don't know which wire to connect. Which is Hot , which is Ground etc..THANKS

take a meter and read from the prongs to the ends of the wires, but if i had to guess, it would be blue hot/yellow hot/brown ground and for the other black hot/white hot/ green ground. but the safest way is put the meter on the ohm reading looks like a horseshoe, put one lead on a prong, and the other on a lead when you get a reading of 0 then that is what wire goes to that prong, then you just label them.

Nevermind, got it figured out. One end is American and the other is Europe. No wonder they not match.

WHITE and BLUE -NEUTRAL
GREEN and YELLOW -GROUND

BLACK and BROWN = SINGLE PHASE (HOT)
