The BOD would like to announce the need for 3 Directors. We need people with the ability to devote their time to the advancement of MAAST. Please understand what you are getting in to. Please read the by-laws about what is expected of you in your position. If you feel that this is something for you, please nominate yourself or nominate the person you feel would be most productive here. If you nominate someone, please make sure they would accept the position if needed. They must be a Charter Member to be on the Board.

also, i wanted to add that you can send your nominations by pm to a bod member if that makes it easier. [this is just my idea, not a rule]

Don't be shy guys (and gals). The Board is a great place for any active member who will find great intrinsic value in helping and watching MAAST grow into the future...

Thank you for the nomination. I saw it a couple of days ago but have been thinking about it long and hard before making my response. I want to make sure that this is a commitment I can fully commit to and as you most know I have two younger boys, a full-time job, a freelance business and of course this hobby. Ahh!!! I need more time!

Seriously though, I have thought about it and talked it over with my wife and I would like to accept the nomination.

So, thank you to those that nominated me.

I would also like to nominate Jack (txav8r).

I have not checked with him, but I figure he can respond if he is not interested. He is a dedicated reefer and has a passion for MAAST. I think he would be an asset to the team.
