Is my torch sick or just going through some shedding cycle? It started with just one head, then the surrounding ones started doing it. I don't know if I should be worried or not.

All tank parameters are good. KH is a bit high but not dangerously high.

Hmm, nothing has been nipping at it. My clowns don't even go near it and neither do my other fish. I have a dwarf angel but he doesn't nip LPS.

Thats not good, get it into a hospital tank asap! Manualy remove any remaining necrotic tissue and cross your fingers... Maybe an iodine/freashwater dip is in order...

I pulled it out and dipped it in some RO that I had. I found some kind of strange egg sack on the large dead head. The RO had several copepods in it. Can copepods hurt coral? I thought that they were rather benign.

The only "hospital" area that I have is my refugium in my sump. It has a good light on it, but I don't think it'd be a good place since its got an arrow crab in there as well as many copepods.

Copepods are harmless but some isopods can be a threat,,... Try to get a close, clear pic of the eggsack and the pod in question... I wouldnt use your fuge or sump as they share the same water and could possibly spread the infection. Even a 5 gallon bucket with air and a small powerhead would work as a temporary Q tank. Looks like your Duncans are suffering as well...

The Duncans are new. I just got them on Friday. They were fragged off of the colony not too long before that.

The egg sack was clear with four dots. It kind of reminded me of the top of a jellyfish. The pods that I saw looked like this:

I looked in my refugium area and found some pods. They look kind of like rolly pollies. I think those are isopods, correct? Would some sort of Wrasse help with this? Maybe a six line?

Thats not a parasitic isopod and I doubt you have them in your system. Theyre pretty rare in hobby aquariums and generally will only host on fish. Looks kinda like a Mysis.. The eggsack was probably the result of snail love in your tank....
