I purchased two ARO 440 Watt ballasts from Hellolights and have them running six 60" VHO bulbs (three each ballast) and after running them for about 8 months I had one of the ballasts go out on me. I gave them a call and they sent me a new unit, about a month later that same unit went out so they sent me a new unit and sold me a new wiring harness at cost so I could replace the entire setup a few months later the other ballast which is now a little over a year old went out on me and I've had my tank half way lit for a couple of weeks now since I've been busy and have been contemplating on just getting halides, but before I did anything I called Hellolights again and told them what had happened and that I wasn't looking for them to replace the ballast since it had already been over a year, but they looked at my account and said we see that you had problems in the past and we'd be happy to send you a replacement ballast.
I've been very satisfied with their customer service, they stand behind their product and go the extra mile to make customers happy and recommend them to all my friends.
