aquapod light repair help

does anybody know how to repair the light and fan? i have one light that turns on only. no second light (its not the bulb i switched to make sure) no fan and no led. i tried putting a new ballast but dont know if it was right. if some one knows how to repair these things i would gladly pay for it. or if u have a stock working hood id buy it.

i just finish rewiring my sisters biocube 8 just bought a new ballast, the stock ones where no good, you might wanna try seperating the fan and led unless to run off a 12v dc transformer from like radio shack,unless you buy the originial ballast, they usually have some sort of 12v dc converter that runs off the power from the ballast from the factory. what size aquapod (model) and what size lights?
