Thats really cool.. Did you have any actinics on or is it just the hazey day light? How long have you had the Elegance?

that is with the actinics on. i have had the elegance a few weeks, so far so good.....

very cool!! Whenever my wife and I buy a house I plan to set up a large tank and it will be naturally lit, like yours.

Not trying to take this off topic but just wondering Ace if you've seen the kits they have at Costco now and how they would work for someone wanting to do the same. Granted the one they are selling is for a single story it looks like.

thanks guys

cliff, there are many brands, but they are all basically the same. they each vary in thickness, type of coating inside (reflectiveness), type of collector dome, and types of diffuser. i think any of them will work and has pros and cons.

Is the theme of the tank keeping corals that only a few people could? Very hard to keep critters and they are thriving. Good work

I also agree that your tank is at it's best considering what you are keeping. The array of both colors and corals are awesome!

Ace's tank is the first I saw and said "Wow". I still say "Wow" when I go buy to pick up a frag or see pics on here...
