Pressure Locking Baffles?

Ok im gonna try to make my own DIY sump. I got the idea from Ace, thanks btw. Im gonna try to do pressure locking baffles with the marine rated weather stripping. Has anyone tried this before? Also where in san antonio can i buy the acylic to make the baffles?
