Okay so my 90g has been cycling for about 6 weeks and I tested the water this am and all parameters look good (ammonia 0, nitrate 0, nitrite 0). Next week I will be adding the CUC then it's on to the fish. Here's the list of the fish I will have but was wanting just a few more and need some suggestions. I will also be having corals so they must be reef safe, thanks.

1 firefish
5 chromis
2 clowns
1 yellow tang
1 blue tang ( I know I may have to rehome him later :))

I was hopeing to add another 2-3 more fish but need some ideas!!

I'd say you gotta go with a flasher wrasse of some sort. I got a Carpenter's a few days ago, and can't believe I didn't get one of these guys sooner. Very cool fish. As far as useful, but cool fish that don't take up swimming room, Lawnmower blenny/starry blenny, diamond goby for sand sifting, or some other sand sifter.

I have a 75 gallon with the following fish:
1 firefish
1 bangai cardinal
1 blue hippo tang
2 false percula clowns
1 tomato clown (the clowns all get along great!)
1 royal gramma (my favorite fish of all time!)
1 blue and yellow damsel
1 queen angel
1 green BTA
1 toadstool leather
3 colomies of green star polyps
3 colonies of Zoas
a large (5 inch) lobed brain coral
1 small brain coral
1 galxia coral
1 tooth coral
1 pipe organ coral
1 hammer coral
All parameters are normal but I maintain a wet/dry, skimmer and weekly water changes and LOTS of macro algae.
I think you have room for more (for what that is worth:wink_smile:). Fairy or flasher wrasses, Anthias, gobies, cardinals, basslettes are all good choices and reef-safe.
Many angels can be safely kept with corals, some individuals are poor candidates. Carribean angels tend to eat sponges but are not usually polyp nippers. If you get an angel, be prepared to lose some corals or sell the angel if he/she eats them.

Thanks guys. I'm leaning toward a coral beauty and a lawnmower blenny. I've thought about cardnials but after asking around it's going to be hard to find the tank bred ones.

You should get the Picasso True Percs for the 2 clownfish. They look awesome. Good luck on the blue tang and yellow tang in the same tank.

I see numerous people with 2 different tangs in the same tank. What do you think the problem will be?

Flame Hawkfish are pretty nice and they keep your bristle worms under control.

Then you should be ok. I was thinking powder blue when I read it. Just make sure you introduce them both at the same time and the hippo is the same size or bigger than the yellow tang. I did that with my sailfin and my bristletooth tang and they are best buds. On my last tank, I already had a powder brown and I tried to add a sailfin and the sailfin was dead within 4 hours.
