I've noticed some GHA in my tank all on the rocks. I hear Mexican Turbos do the job extremely well. Anyone know if this is true? If so, how many do I need for a 75g?

They do a fairly good job. I have several in my tank and had a problem with hair algae. A lawnmower blenny is a good alternative that supplies some good entertainment.

Gjuarez is right. I did some research on this and found that the carribean turbos are also know as chestnut turbos. I bought three about a month ago, and they started eating my hair algae, but slowly. They all died though.....I think my wife may not have acclimated them properly. Bluezooaquatics sells them. Not sure who else. I have a large mexican turbo that won't touch the hair algae. Neither will margarita's, or the turbos with the red swirl pattern on the shell.

Please post a photo of your hair algae. Need to make sure it isn't bryopsis.
