TMAC Volunteers

I know that in the beginning, we discussed discounted fees for volunteers. After some discussion, this is what we determined would be best for MAAST and its Members.

Each BOD oversees a committee and will have a certain amount of volunteers on his/her committee. The committee chair will delegate duties to his/her members. We have decided that for each Member that donates 4 hours of their time to help with committees and the completion of their duties will receive their 2010 Charter Membership dues paid in FULL, and a MAAST T-shirt. We will be assigning members that have volunteered to the committee chairs and they will be in contact with you, after the TMAC Steering Committee meets on Sunday.

We will also be needing volunteers for the Friday night before to help in Vendor set-up. It begins at 6:30 pm.

We would like to thank the Volunteers in advance and hope that those of you who participate enjoy the Conference.

Woohoo, that's a sweet deal. I am heading the raffle and know I can use some help the day of selling raffle tickets.

I will be coming and would love to help out. I live in Corpus so I will be arriving saturday early morning. I can help anywhere needed, but have a huge interest in helping actual tanks, etc.
