Frag Tank--Lights

I have a 29G tank that has been setup for about 7-8 months. I am thinking of turning it into a frag tank. My question is should i go with T5's or a DE MH 150w?

Depends on what you are wanting to keep. If you are going to have sps then I would go with mh.

i would go T5 - just looked at bernie's T5 sps tank yesterday and it was one of the nicest i have ever seen

with that said should I do 2x24 or 4x24 T5's?

i would do 4 if they will fit - more choices for bulbs and you dont have to run them all at once.

I have tried t5 and i have been verry happy with them, this time around i am going with T5. I have seen alot of tanks using them and I am sold
