Should my condy be standing up like this? If not what should I do?

Also, does anyone know how long they live?

I'm new to this hobby and I have only had the condy for about a week.http://i584.photobucket.com/albums/ss288/russellwnentwich/032s.jpg?t=1234392396

an answer would be useless without at least knowing how old your tank is and what kind of lighting you have. i can tell you that under ideal conditions there is no real life span expectancy. from that photo, and with no other info, I would say it is starved for light.

I have a T8 (what it says on the box it came in) My tank is a 20 gallon with 10 gallons of a makeshift refugium there is also some natural sunlight comming in between about 4pm-sunset, as soon as the timer turns the light on it wakes up and infaltes its self in this manner...I feed it mysis shrimp and my tank has been running about 7months

Your lighting is not sufficient enough for keeping anemones. I also feel your tank has not been established long enough. I waited a year before adding any type of anemone or any animal that feeds on live pods such as mandarins.

Welcome to MAAST by the way!

Some more info for you to read up on:

Get yourself a power compact, you also may need to leave the timer on longer like 8hrs. In the mean time maybe you can move it higher, the lower in the tank it is the more the light gets filtered.
