Large Shelf rock/cave

I have a Large shelf rock that is a cave underneath. My 32" Eel used to hide under it along with 3 Tangs. I sets about 4.5" off the bottom and is 13" x 28" and about 20+#. I has always been in water except to take picture. I would like to get $40, which is only $2 a pound.
