whats the smallest t5 bulb??

My nano has 8w T5s that are about a foot long

"Current" is the only company I know of that makes them under 24 inches.

I think they make smaller t5 bulbs, but they are not HO bulbs, they are just regular flourscent lamps.

ive been trying different led lights that i can buy at stores and retro fit them like these but none are bright enough

I don't know where to get the fixtures/lights.

As for LEDs, check the other thread floating out there. These cheap Chinese LEDs will NOT work for you. A decent LED setup - even the parts for a DIY - will cost as much or more than T5s or MH.

coralife and current make them.

Current makes two different 12" fixtures, one with a single 18watt and a dual with two 18watts. Look at F&S or marinedepot, they both have them.

Remember the samllest HO bulbs that are made a 20" smaller than that and they are just skinny NO Bulbs.
