Quick check for VHO Ballast

I just had the electronic VHO ballast running my two 72" actinics crap out. :( Anyone have one out there, before I drop the cash on a new one? Let me know, thanks..

I have an icecap430 ballast I'd let go for 60$. It worked great until I had an endcap go bad and I sold the tank. I'll even include the harness and 3 remaining good endcaps but if your current setup is a 430 its plug and play.
