It has had a ballast replaced that had gone out, works great now. I got this used and I don't know how old the fixture or bulbs are. It is in good condition, includes working moon-light LEDs, fan is nice and quiet; and I have had it only a few weeks. It does not have the docking mounts, which you can get at LFS if desired.
