what is this???

I have a sump that came with my used aquarium....it is a wet dry filter with that says "Dan's Aquaplex, Wet Dry filter" on the side. It is about 30 gallons with a large container of Bio Balls... Any idea on who this Dan is?

my sump has the same sticker. says dans aquaplex san antonio texas. It is a super nice sump and I was wondering the same thing

Dan used to, or still does, supply acrylic to Alamo Aquatics. He used to do custom work for hobbyists.
