UPS Overnight Pickup outside of San Antonio

Hi all,

I'm interested in buying some frags from an out of state seller. I live in Boerne and the seller offers overnight UPS shipping for $40 but it apparently isn't available for my address. DHL or Fedex want $100 which is more than I really want to spend for shipping. I believe there is a way you can pick up at UPS locations so I was wondering if anyone here had ever done this and, if so, where the pickup location(s) in the San Antonio area are.

I had to pick up a box from UPS at their location on Bandera road about 5 years ago. I'd try their customer contact phone # here it is 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877). I wonder do any of the UPS Stores let you ship to them and then pick up?

Thanks millerdog, I tried calling them yesterday and couldn't find any information about self pick-up via their automated voice response system. I'll try calling them again today but unfortunately the guy I was trying to buy from ended up selling all of the packs he had for sale. At least I can find out for next time...

I've done it with FedEx all the time, but never with UPS. With FedEx you just have the seller send it to your name at the address of the FedEx main location and flag the "hold for pickup" check box.
