is there a single ballast that can power 3 57" t5 bulbs or would i have to run 2 ballasts? please help. thanks, joel

An Icecap 660 will do it. My old setup was 6 5ft bulbs, run by 2 Icecap 660s. Plus, you'll be able to overdrive 'em. Good stuff.

If you wanted to run two ballasts - you could use one Workhorse 5 and one Workhorse 7 (and still spend less than you would for an Icecap 660). Just a thought.

Yeah, but you won't get the overdrive you get from the Icecap, plus, you really do get what you pay for with the Icecaps... Oh, and make sure you get a good set of reflectors, either Tek2 or Icecap.
