wtb used co2 or oxogen tank austin area

I AM LOOKING FOR A USED CO2 TANK that would be accepted as an exchange for a tank filled with oxogen at a welding supply facility. they want $100 bucks for a 5 pounder filled.I have some shipping to do and I was thinking of filling the bags with oxogen. If anyone has any insight on this subject please let me know. thanks
