I recently purchased a Urchin Skimmer from a MAAST member. I noticed instead of the typical O-Ring for adjustments, it had a set screw. So I emailed there service department to see if I could use an O-Ring and where I could get one. In a matter of minutes I received an email back from Steve and he said if I sent them my address they would send one out free of charge. Mail person brought it yesterday, as a matter of fact they sent two. So if anyone out there needs one I have have an extra. I love great service!
