Last time I checked, they never answered the phone. Seems they insist that they be emailed instead of actually speaking to you. I remember that regardless of what you pushed when you called them, they reffered you to email.

I'm no salesman but I think its one of the best controllers on the market. Especially with what your getting, along with all of their upgrades/add ons for the future :)
Check out the GHL/Profilux vendor forum on ReefCentral. Their pretty helpful on any questions you may have.

You can also browse the Cherry Corals forum on ReefCentral also about the Profilux Controller. Todd is the main US importer for them.

Well let me know if you have any questions. I got mine last month and have played with it a little bit. I'm still waiting on my tank arriving so I have not fully set it up just yet. All of the control settings is GUI based so there is no programming you to do. If you have a good idea on what you want a controller to do for you (i.e. what you want to control), you can post a thread here on RC:
http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=527
Matthias Gross (from GHL)
AQD_Ottawa (Michael, the N.America importer)
Stoneyscoral (Todd Cherry from CherryCorals)
These guys are quick to respond if you have any questions. Plus they will tell you exactly what you would need as well.
As for accessories and prices:

hope that helps!
-once I get my tank running, I am going to document exactly how I program the controller (with screen shots and photos) so others can get a good first hand perspective.

Still not sure which direction I will take with the controllers, but digital aquatics got back to me. They said they are finishing working a couple of bugs out of the RK Elite and will be shipping in 3-4 weeks.
