Still looking for one.
How about a good site to purchase a reliable inexpensive one?

Just my thoughts...an auto top-off is one of the LAST things you want to go cheap on. I prefer a Tunze or my arms.

Yes sir thats the one. I bet there are other good ones , but that's the one I have used in the past with success and without a flood.

It's nice, though it's more than I was looking to spend, or should I say "allowed" to spend.
Thanks for the info.

I understand...how about just using your arms , set money aside for a while until you can buy a Tunze? Meanwhile keeping an eye out for a used one?
Trust me your spouse/mother/friend will not be happy with you if you buy a cheap one that causes a flood...trust me , I know :)

Agree.
Though, the way my current one is setup even if it did fail it would not cause a flood in any way. The only thing my current Auto-top off system could cause from failure is my external return pump running dry if I didn't catch it for a few days or the pump shorting out and sending an electrical wave through the freshwater.

Try www.top-off.com (http://www.top-off.com). Normally it would arrive in a day or 2. But, since he's in Houston enjoying Edouard, maybe not!

Perfect. I'm going to order a 48" moonlight strip too.
Thanks Bill.
