View Full Version : 45g setup/live rock/live sand

Would like to sell tank setup all together, will sand separately if desired.

1. 45g reef ready tank (36in long, 18in wide, 16in tall), has corner overflow with 1"drain line, black stand and canopy. Lighting consist of two 36inch VHO's (95watts each) with spare bulbs, and 250watt DE halide with electronic ballast. Sump has built in refugium with light, and Iwaki WMD20RLXT return pump. Return goes to 3/4inch Sea Swirl. Also have Hydor #3 in tank. AquaC Urchin (insump) skimmer. This tank is up and running right now. All you need to do is move it an add water. Looking to get $600.

2. Live rock sold

3. About 60 to 70 pounds of live sand in tank and refugium. Guessing around $30?

Here are some pics of the live rock. I had to take all the rock out to catch a few fish and now it's back in the tank. Mostly medium sized pieces with two large flat pieces that make excellent shelf type pieces.

I'll also throw in a 1/3 bucket of IO salt and 1/2 bucket of Oceanic salt.

For those without a calculator, that comes out to about $2.40/pound if you buy all the live rock.

Dropped price on tank/equipment to $600 or buy everything for $750 and just add water.

If you are looking for only a few pieces, I will have to wait and see what happens with two other people who have expressed interest in buying it all. If you are interested in buying all of the rock, then great, first to pay for it, gets it. Just let me know.
