Anyone know of a business selling custom acrylic pieces in central or south Austin? I know of a place up on 183 and Burnet, but that's pretty far to have to hump to catch them open during rush hour.

I designed a nice big fish trap a couple years ago and they cut the pieces. I siliconed them together and it worked out great. I'd like to build a sump and maybe some other stuff, but need to find a place thats more convenient.

Let me know, thanks...

I'm ordered stuff from regal plastics in san antonio and had them ship it to me in Corpus. Wasnt that much. They were my supplier for acrylic when I was building tanks and sumps. Silicone will not work for sumps. Only thing that it can be "ok" for would be in water stuff.

I think I'll end up working with that company off of 183 again. I was looking for something closer to me than north-Austin, but I'll keep Regal in mind though - in case I ever need an alternative. Thx for the input.

Isn't Regal Plastics of Austin in the north side of the city?

Yep, sorry I couldn't remembert the name. That's the place.. They do a good job and have decent prices & cycle time. Was just seeing if anyone knew of a good alternative on the South end of town...
