For sale forum......

Hey folks, newbie here. Just curious how many posts I have to have before I can post in the for sale forum? I bought............well I paid for a tunze powerhead from "oceancube" almost two weeks ago and the last text I got was, "yeah, I'm still here, I'll get the pump out asap" and that was Saturday night. Not trying to make any trouble, just want some info or something about what's going on.

Read the sticky at the top of the forum and it says Web Members must have a minimum of 50 posts to post in the For Sale forums. If you need to talk to Oceancube, try sending him a PM here.

Well I take that back, it doesn't look like that sticky is there now. It's a rule they put in place recently to keep people off the site that only come here to sell stuff and not truly participate in the club.

The sticky is still there, it is just incorporated into the forum rules with asterisks on both sides at the top of the rules.

I did read the sticky and didn't see that info anywhere. Figured it was something to that affect. I tried sending a PM, no avail. I am a nice guy and give people the benefit of a doubt whenever possible. I will wait a little longer to hear back before taking any actions. Thanks for the info, nifty site

It looks like he is online right now so hopefully Rudy will respond. He's been around for awhile and done lots of buying and selling without any negative feedback that I've seen.

nanoty sorry bout the wait, pump is being delivered to me from san antonio to corpus, ill send you a pm, sorry bout the wait it's a long story but im not a ripoff ive been on here from the beginig almost, ill take care of ya buddy ... pm sent!!!

Thanks for the info. I have have his cell and got a text that the pump would be shipped on the 10th "for sure" but it didn't show up today and attempts to contact via cell, email and PM have gone unanswered since. I reluctantly decided to wait until Monday afternoon to file with paypal as I would rather just have the pump but this is getting excessive. I honestly don't mind waiting for it if I at least had some explaination. Like I said, everyone keeps telling me hes a great guy but.......................



EDIT: As I posted this reply I got a PM from Rudy stating that he has been tied up in Corpus and is planning on shipping the pump out Monday. I understand people get in a bind with time and don't have a problem waiting a little longer since my tank isn't quite ready yet so here's hoping "for sure" this time is for sure. ;)


DOUBLE EDIT: Ok now that's just weird. I didn't even see your post Rudy, before I posted mine. Must have taken me that long to type it. I am cool with waiting a little longer, was just getting restless from not hearing days at a time. Thanks for contacting me, hope it works out and stay safe.
