either you have a lot of money or trying to maximize an area to use for tank. Talk to Brian at Kingfish Aquariums.

Hmm thats the same size as my tank. What are your plans for it? If I had it all to do over again I would have liked less vertical depth. 3' deep is awfully hard to clean and scape. Also I would expect a cost of > 10,000$. Possibly in materials alone if you are looking for acrylic.

I think he meens 3' front to back which is awesome for aquascaping. Glasscages is a good company to order from IMO and you can pick it up from a houston reptile show which come through oftern and save a lot on shipping. I ordered a 125g from them a few years ago and was happy with it. Glass is heavy but will scracth a lot less that acrylic and you can go starfire on the front and side panels.

If these go the way I'm hoping Ishould have it in a few months. The tank stand and canopy is going to run almost $3000. I've been saving for a while, and plan on making (hopefully) one heck of a reef. I will keep you all informed on how things go.

It's too bad you never made a move on my 72x32x36 (32 so it will actually fit through a door in your house) when I was thinking about getting rid of it. $5K would have got you everything you needed but lights.
Just make sure you can get it into your house. I heard a story about another reefer ordering a 900 or so gallon tank and missed getting it into his house by 2".

Yeah Ihad thought about that. This is the reason for keeping the height at 24in. This way it will fit, just need to turn it over on it's side.

Have you looked into A.G.E. tanks? They are alot nicer than GlassCages. If it were me, I'd fork out the extra cash to go A.G.E. but thats just me.

I just received a tank from glasscages.com, I ordered a small frag tank 20"x20"x8". Corner overflow. With drain and return bulkheads, black acrylic overflow cover, shipping, etc. was around $230. Very nicely made and packed super well. I have not got any large tanks from them, however.

I have a glass cages tank pretty close to the size you want. I have been really happy with mine and got the low iron glass on the front three panels. Mine's 96x36x25. I had to do the same thing with mine to get it into the house, turned it on it's side.

I will also recommend www.aquariumobsessed.com (http://www.aquariumobsessed.com)
Their tanks are top notch, and their prices are very reasonable IMO.
They're in Canada, but freight was also very reasonable when I got my 60 cube from them

Has anyone used the solaris lighting system?
The only one I remember off hand that has used the Solaris on a large tank is Ed_Reef from China.
Here is his tank build on ReefCentral:

He is very active on the site and could probably give you some insight on the LED system.
