Huge kudos to Carlos and team for keeping local fish store shopping a fun and sometimes surprising experience. :applause:

This afternoon I scored an amazing deal. In the frag tank of $30 dollar range stuff I spied a good size rock covered in yumas. I'd seen this rock a week ago and figured they had put it in the wrong tank, or I was incorrectly ID'ing the coral. But not so! It was still there and today Carlos came over to help me at the coral tanks and I pointed to the yuma rock and asked "Is that rock priced at $34?" Yes. Then my conscious kicked in and I asked, "you do know those are ricordeas or yumas and your price is a heck of deal". He gave a crafty smile and again said, yes. Well, that was enough for my conscious and I tried not to jump up and down when I told him that I'd take it.

I swear there is no better feeling that spotting a really good deal in a tank or negotiating a good price.

Thank you River City for keeping the hunt for corals and deals a fun experience! :bighug:

This just might be the 2nd deal of lifetime. Number 1 was buying a blue-eyed panaque for sixty something dollars. And this deal If I'm counting my polyps correctly, the deal is insane and I'm a happy camper!

Yes, pics are on the way! Especially because I need help trying to ID the yumas. I've never seen the color and a good google search has not brought up any matches either.
They are a light silver/white/pale green. The best comparison I can think of is the color of the texas purple sage bushes...just not with the purple
