How much Sand?

We are going to go from a 55gal to a 125gal. We currently have about a 4" bed of Live Sand. See our build thread here:

How much more sand do we need to buy for the 125gal?

how ever much sand you bought for the 55 gal * 2.27 divided by two assuming you are going to seed the 125 gal with your old sand. Stick with the 4" bed. Perfect depth.
