View Full Version : Finished the downgrade!!! Pics added!!!

I finally finished the downgrade after 2.5days. Alot of the corals were not happy. I think with the AC on it got a little cold and no MH lighting. Everything is moved in and hopefully will be opened up by tomorrow. I did lose my birdsnest and my blue formosa didn't look that great either. The efflo did look OK so I'm really keeping my fingers crossed on that one ( there will be aALOT of people mad if that one doesn't make it!!! I'll try and post pics when everything looks better. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Good luck. I always hated moving tanks or downgrading to smaller ones.

I'm actually using a small acrylic tank that was gonna be my frag tank when I upgraded.

OK here's some pics of the new set up!!! Don't laugh at how everything is STUFFED in!!!!! Tank is currently being run with Eheim 1260 pump, 3-koralia nanos, and 1-150DE 20k bulb. Skimmer is over kill with a ER CS6. Thanks also to Ace for the sump and Calfo, and Big Bird for the light.

I think if I took that ugly top center coral from you it would look better and you would have some more room : )

You didn't mention the fish or inverts....

Knowing that this is only 'temp', it's still incredible looking at it.

I only kept 3 fish; Xmas wrasse ( which should be sold if I can catch it), Mystery Wrasse and Algae Blenny. I also have 2 serpent stars.
