as many of you know ive been having trouble with my lights. my ballast blew like 3 weeks ago right after i put in 4 brand new bulbs and blew everyone of them out. so i bought 4 new bulbs and bought a new ballast. put in the new ballast then put the new bulbs in, turned it, on, all is ok. next morning come n and 2 of the new bulbs are out.bought 2 new more bulbs and replaced the caps of the blown lights. put in the new 2 blbs turned on fine, next morning 3 are out now. so by that i time i was so mad i was about to blow. seems like everything has to go wrong with me and lights. ok, 4 days ago i called the people and DEMANDED a new lightsystem NOW!!!! so after awhile she said ok ill send you new lights. so i just got home from school a min ago and saw them on the porch. opened it up... and GUES WHAT! all of the bulbs were broken! the lighting system looked ok though, so yea the company is about to hear it from me again...

That's the exact reason why I quit ordering bulbs directly.

I know you're far from a lfs, but next time try and order bulbs and/or equipment from them. Let the store deal w/shipping hassles. I used to live in the country, so I know it's a pain to go into town, but it may be worth it in the future. Especially on delicate shipping items like glass.

request a manager, tell them you're not amused, what you've been through, and not only do you want it replaced fast, but that you want his guarantee that it won't happen again, as well as some sort of compensation (discount or extra bulbs, etc...). good luck man, hope you get that squared away.

For future refrence Corallife tends to ship things in a bad way I worked for a LFS for a while and everytime we received their product it was messed up.
