I have three juvenile Onyx Percula Clowns that are ready for adoption. These are from a bloodline that has a proven recessive gene to where 95% of them develop that deep black coloration. My clowns came from Rod of Rod's Reef in DeKalb, IL. Rods Clowns parents (Morgan Lidster) Their "grandparents" (Bill Addisons). Bill Addison is a geneticist from a fish hatchery in Puerto Rico (SeaQuest). He did some work to get the gene to reproduce. It is a recessive gene found in this bloodline. In my opinion, a true onyx percula should be able to be traced back to Bill Addison. One of the juveniles has the second bar complete with black filling in. The second two are smaller with the second bar just coming in. All eat cyclopeze and Rod's Food. I would like $65 for the larger and $50 for the smaller.
