i have a panther grouper that keeps laying on his side. we've had him for about 8-9 weeks and he's been fine up until about 2 days ago. i'm not sure if this is normal behavior or if there is something wrong. i know they are suppose to be in 300+ gal tank, but thought i could keep him in my 100 gal until he outgrew it. if the tank is becoming to small would this cause him to just lay around? when i put my net in the water he swims away just fine, but once i take the net out he goes back to the same corner and just lays down again. he's still eating great, but i'm worried about him not swimming around like he used to. any ideas? thanks!
