Recently bought a bucket of reef crystals salt...normally buy seachem but they were out. Anyway, as I am taking salt out of the bucket I come across a plastic bag. It turns out that it was an Instant Oceans t-shirt. Just wondering if this is normal...

I remember when I first started out in the hobby they were putting free things in the buckets, didn't know they were doing it again. All I usually got was some kind of fake plant/coral.

Might be a VERY old bucket of salt. Haven't seen one with a shirt in it for several years... Or, maybe it's a new promotion.

It's a pretty new promotion, I noticed some the other day at River City in their recent delivery before the end of month sale...

I've received a T-shirt once and a Beach towel once in buckets of Instant Ocean.

All of the buckets I have purchased from AD have had t-shirts in them. Since there are only so many t-shirts I can wear, I save them up to give away as door prizes when I do my yearly presentation at the SAWS "water conference" at OLLU.

lol...ironic. I was just told yesterday not to use Brian's "new" salt-bucket shirt to paint in. =).
