I want to upload some recent pcs.Read Eriks tutorial but I have Vista not XP so don't think the Resizing Tool will wrk.Any other suggestions to resize photos on photobucket to include in thread?

An easy way to do it is to open the image up with paint, click on image tab at the top, then click on stretch and skew. Try resizing there.

if you have photobucket, you don't need to reduce the file size. i upload from my 7 mp camera at the highest res. and this is how you see it:
