wheres the best place to get some 1.5 " bulkheads as far as price and quality?

You can get them cheaper online, but I bought my last ones at Aquarium designs.

The place at bandera had them even cheaper, I want to say I spent about 10 - 12 bucks on my bulkheads there...not wolf reef, but the the one closer to 410...Alamo Aquatcis perhaps????

yep, thats more or so what you would pay online less the shipping. Just call them to make sure they have some. I bought mine last at aquarium designs because Alamo Aquatics was out.

Alamo was out so I went to ad 21.99 but they price matched to 19.99

I got mine at Texas Tropical...they have a whole box of different bulkheads behind the counter if you ask for them. I think they were like $10 each?
