i dont know wat they usually go for but i thought that was a reasonable price and having metal halide lighting. ohter than that would 250watts be too much for my 20L? i have a crocea clam and its doing fine under 196watts of pc lights but i love how MH lights look was thinking of t5's but the shimmer looks too good!

I bought the same 250w kit from hellolights. I run it with a pheonix 14k bulb, and I like it alot. I think I paid $225 total, including shipping.

150 is great for your 20g, even with a clam. the 14k pheonix bulb is pretty blue....i have 2 150 watt 14,000k pheonix bulbs in my 38 gallon and this is the pic but 20k is extra blue, kind of dim.

yeah, I really like the coloring of the pheonix 14k. Not to mention my corals are growing like weeds under it. Those kits that are posted in the ebay link don't look too bad either. Although I have no experience with reeflux bulbs.
