Beat me to the punch....


Use a new razor blade on a cutting board. Cut in half or quarters (more risky IMO) including a piece of mouth on each. Never done rics, just Discos. http://www.reefvideos.com/ see fragging mushrooms. Other cool videos there too.

Like was said, right through the mouth. I just took a razor blade and cut it like a pie, into 4 pieces. As long as you get part of the mouth, the rest will grow back, as mine have started to already. I can frag no problem. My problem is that I glue frags like a 2 year old! lol
