Brain (and Dale being it's your home),
Will the meeting be on tomorrow regardless of the weather or should we be watching for a possible "rainout" post in the morning.

hobogato
Fri, 15th Feb 2008, 11:46 PM
i think it probably depends on the severity of the weather.

Yes, thank you for inviting us into your beautiful home to see your incredible reef! Your coloration was spot-on! Werp told me it was cool, but I had no idea! It was great meeting you as well as seeing new/familiar faces at the meeting. Thanks to everyone who came out and hopefully you all had as much fun as we did! Also, thanks for the scary presentation Brian LOL

P.S.
Dale, do I foresee a TOTM submission? :shades::shades::shades:

To echo what everyone else has said, thanks Dale for a wonderful meeting at your place today. It was a fantastic meeting, lots of good info, some great prizes, and was truly terrific to finally put faces to all the names on here. I had a fantastic time, and if you didn't get a chance to see Dale's tank(s) (his "frag" tank deserves a discussion all on its own) you really missed out...

Dale,
It's always a pleasure to visit with you and your wife. It is also a pleasure to drool over your tank. Thanks so much for inviting us in to your home. I hope everyone enjoyed this meeting as much as I did. We thank all our members for their support.

I see a TOTY there...

Just a quick thank you to those who braved the environment and made the long drive to Austin for today's meeting. Sue and I enjoyed having you. Also, thanks Brian for the great presentation and help organizing the meeting and the BOD for putting together the prizes. All we had to do was open our home. Hope to do it again sometime.

Kind Regards.
Dale

What is our motto again?
Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night, nor 2 hour drive shall keep us away from a reef tank???

Sorry I was unable to make the meeting yesterday, we unfortunately had to go to a funeral for my wifes 25 year old cousin. Very sad to see someone so young taken way too soon.
Hope everybody had a great time and it sounds like they did.

Well, let me just say that if I can get my display tank to have as much nice LARGE pieces of coral as his "frag" (and I use the term loosely here... if the coral is 10"+, can it really be called a frag??) tank, then I'll consider myself a lucky man. I know someone got some pics of it...
