outlet fish store?

is there a store at the outlet mall in san marcos? reason i ask is i got my tax return and im taking my sis and mom to san marcos for some belated christmas and birthday gifts lol and had heard there is a store located at the outlet mall that i might be able to get a couple nice corals from

Ha, never heard of a fish store there. San Marcos has 2 pet/fish stores total, that I know of (I grew up there). Both of which are pretty lame and fairly overpriced. I could be mistaken due to being gone in the military until recent, but I highly doubt that there is anything but Outlet stores of major mall stores, thus the outlet malls. No offense. The two shops are call Critter shop, located near the square inside a feed store, and A Animals I belive is the name, which is located by Target and the old BestBuy store. Critter shop hardly has any saltwater anything, and A Animals is very limited and again overpriced (150 for a Lion and 150 for a Wolf eel 6 bucks for a damsel just to name a few) Good luck and if you do find one at the outlet let me know where

I think there might be a store at the outlet mall that sells pet products (dry goods), but not live animals.

Your best bet is to stop in New Braunfels at Darby's. There's also Polly's Pets in NB.

The outlet mall does not allow the selling of live animals ( I had a friend try and open a store there once), not sure if there is a pet supplies retail there. I haven''t heard of one. Besides petsmart there really isn't much to see store wise. I live in SM and travel to Austin and SA for my stuff. You can always drop by my place I always have a few frags I can part with.

well i guess ill just stop by eds shop on th eway back lol and maybe aquarium designs, other than that does anyone know exactly were the shops are located in NB? im not real familiar with new braunfels

it's right off the interstate on the access road, i don't know what exit, i always pass it up on my way to austin, but it's very easy to find

Can't beat little Darby's. Great little shop. Not very large set up, but usually very colorful pieces. Great staff as well.

ooohhhh is it that the one thats next to the snake farm? i would always pass that on my way to work in new braunfels, i thought they only carried freshwater? or thats wat i was told, i guess ill have to stop for sure now since that was the only thing holding me back

Darby's is one of those pet shops that looks little, but when you go inside it's packed to the ceilings and lot bigger than it looks. They have salt and fresh water livestock.
