What kinds of fresh seafood can I pick up from HEB to feed my fish?

Shrimp and scallops have the most protein per gram of tissue. I'd use mollusks sparingly, as they have a high "poop" content, but they do add nicely to the mixture. Squid are good, too, but they're hard to blend so I'd recommend cutting them into small pieces before grinding them up in a food processor. You'll also want to consider soaking your fish in vitamins, fish amino acids, and HUFAs to increase the nutritional value.
