Am I Feeding Right

Ok. I have a 55gal tank with the following

2 True Percs
1 Flame Angel
1 Yellow Tank
1 Mandarin Goby
2 Damsels
Star Polyps
Zoas
2 Emerald Crabs
Hermit Crabs/Snails
Sand Sifting Starfish

I am currently alternating between flake food and brine shrimp. Should I be feeding something different or more variety.

Flake can have a lot of nutrients in it, but I still used a lot of it. I also prefer mysis to brine for nutritional reasons.

Make sure you use a good quality flake food. A lot of us including myself use Ocean Nutrition Formula 1, Formula 2 and Prime reef flake. Ocean nutrtion also sales Algea sheets. There foods are some of the best. Very nutritious and stocked full of vitimans and nutrients. Your fish will love it and love you for feeding it.
