A new 30g cube w/stand ,corallife150w MH, moonlight, tunze skimmer/box filter. Anyway So
I set it up and let it cycle for about a week, then added everything from the other tank including the HOB skimmer/Refuge. The tank never had a ammonia, or nitrite ****es, which I thought was really cool. I tested the water every other day and everything is good so far. Nothing died from the move. but I did have a peppermint shrimp eat my new crocea clam (I got for Christmas) the night I put it in. Anyway About a week ago I added prodibio and a seahare to see if it would eat the remaining hair algea that was transfered over from the nano. A few days later my lawnmower blennie die, from what I think was starvation. After doing some online reading, I found out they only like small hair algea, and one of the first things prodibio effects is small hair algea. But the good news is the green algea that I was cleaning off the glass everyday has disappeared, and the water looks alot cleaner. I do have some diatoms behind the rocks but only a small amount, I'm guessing it's coming from the hair algea dieing off, or the two hour light increase. I do a 10% weekly water change,
and dose b-ionics 2 part daily.

Inhabitants include:

Fish: Three striped damsel

Corals: ORA green birdnest, Orange Digitata, Green monti cap, Orange monti cap, yellow polyps, Eagle eye zoas, Pulsing xenia, Purple people eaters, Metallic pink palys, aquablue palys, blue mushrooms, Mint green candy cain, and two different Blasto merletti

Inverts:10 Snails, 4 hermits , 1 seahare, 1 Peppermint shrimp,

Filter: Purigen,Two skimmers, cheato, Live Rock.

Tunze works decent it pulls out alot of green water, but I think my HOB Skimmer/fuge works better it pulls out much darker stuff.

I bought it off ebay. It has broken 3 times, so I ended up crazy glueing the inlet and outlet inplace cause the threads broke off the bulkheads. If I had to redo it I would have used 100%silicone on the threads when I put the bulkheads together.

Better pic of the front. And a shot of the Skimmer/fuge, that only skims at night. As you can see I need a few more sps with color, but that wont be until the next Austin frag swap.
I got the candy cain, and both monti's at the last swap. The candy cain was a 2 head frag, now it has 12, the monti's were 3/4" x 3/4" frags now they are about 6"-7" across, and the xenia was 3 heads, now I have 30+.
