This will be for sale early next week. I bought it used, but it's in good condition and the bulbs are only a few months old. I can get pics and more details this weekend.
$225

This fixture is OBO. It is visually brighter than the 150w HQI I previously had on it, and it keeps my tank 2 degrees cooler without fans. Also, the coloration, as well as growth of my corals greatly improved with this fixture.
The bulbs are:
Geissman Actinic+
Geissman Actinic+
Geissman Aquablue
and I think the 4th bulb is some sort of UV Lighting 50/50, not sure though since writing is rubbed off

youd get more bang for your buck on ebay, even though it can be a hassle at times. had i the funds, i would jump on your new price. however, im restoring an older civic and my funds are tied.

free bump!

This light really is awesome. I saw his tank before and after the light and it is a big improvement over a 150w halide. Plus its very high quality and a great deal.

Would you take $150. I live in south Austin, but work in San Marcos....so shipping should not a problem.

I want it, but don't have the $$$ right now. Borrowing a friend's light for now, but will need to get it back to her in the next few weeks. I'll check in with you when I can afford the $185.

Is the cabling for this light grounded? Trying to determine what kind of timer I will need for it. My old lamp was a single, un-grounded power cord, though the one I'm borrowing is higher end with four grounded cables, two for fans and two for the light ballasts I believe. Anyway....getting my ducks in a row.

It has 2 grounded cords that each control 2 lamps.
