could also be an encrusting piories, but hard to tell from the pic.

might be a stretch, but you never know how it will color up.

It might still color up as Ace said. I got a pale whitish pink one a while back and after a couple months it turned into the brightest red color. Hopefully the color will start to come in!!! On a side note has anyone considered starting a coral ID forum???? I have a couple pieces I would like ID'd
