clownfish, inverts, accessories, oceanic biocube 14g

looking to get rid of this quickly so I am selling in lots:

Lot 1: livestock which includes 1 clownfish (small), 2 astreas and several hermits and a coulple nassarius snails, some live rock, and some dragons tongue macro algae. must take all for $20

Lot 2: oceanic biocube 14 gallon with new replacement 10K bulb still in box--$75

Lot 3: saltwater accessories I won't be needing; things like a refractometer (from myreefcreations.com retails for $50), partial bag of IO salt mix, test kits, etc. I would prefer this to go to someone who takes lot 1 or 2 preferably. take all for $20 (mostly to recoup my refractometer investment)

Lot 4: I'm not totally sure I won't need this in the future, but if someone wants it, I will sell my five stage RO/DI and TDS meter for $100. comes with one set of replacement cartridges.
