I have had this for about 9 months. It is a Current USA Sunpod, 20" long with 12 moonlight LEDs, and a 14k DE bulb. It was on my 22g and did an awesome job, I am selling because I bought a Tek Light for my tank so I can try my hand at T5s. It is in great shape, and I still have the box it came in. thats a great deal, that bulb alone is $70ish

yeah i was thnking about jumping on this. even on ebay 165 is a really really good deal.

in about a week if you still have it, ill probably take it off your hands. selling my tank was a minor setback due to my tranny and clutch giving out.

now that theyre both fixed, im ready to jump back into the hobby.

It is the same one that paired with the Aquapod 24 Package I have. A really nice combination. :)

how old is the bulb?

the bulb is about 9 months old, run for 9 hours a day. I believe it has another 3-4 months before replacement is needed.
I forgot to mention that it comes with the legs and a hanging kit.
If youre interested let me know because I will be listing it on reefcentral tonight and Im betting it will sell fast

Someone buy this. It's getting more tempting to me by the hour.

Any idea how much heat this thing will generate? I have a 40 stretch hex that I think would be suited to this perfectly, but I'm worried about raising the temp in the room.

It is pending as of now
It puts out some heat, but is also fan cooled. It made my tank about 2degrees warmer than my T5s do w/ no fan...
