yep ive seen that one 3 times now. Crazy watching the killer whales hunt they greys. Puts into perspective the name "Killer" whale.

i posted this and ended up missing. Not cuz i forgot, but i was out of town. I tryed to stay up for the 11 pm showing, but i was to tired from doing demo work at my parents.

this is not the same as the "Blue Planet" series is it? It was pushed as the "premier". I watched about 10min. of it last night and it looked a bit diff.


ok, after digging around on the net. the Deep Blue show is new. it is an extension show of the blue planet series.

The commercials for it made it sound like this is part of a NEW series, something similar to the Planet Earth series. But I watched it and I think it was a rerun as it seemed very familiar. Either that or they took some of the same footage from the previous show to piece this one together.

I think they used some of the same footage as other shows, like the White Tips reef shark footage. Nevertheless, I had never seen the crab balls and other bits and pieces so it was worth while watching.
